1. Validity of the Terms and Conditions
The Community of Interest of Sihlcity, Büttenweg 16, 8045 Zurich, Switzerland, represented by Wincasa AG Center Management, Winterthur, (hereinafter ‘the provider’) operates an online shop on the www.sihlcity.ch website.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all contracts, purchases or use of services agreed between the provider and its customers. When ordering a product, the customer accepts the version of the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of submitting the order.

3. Order and Conclusion of Contract
The minimum order quantity is CHF 10.00. Orders for smaller amounts will not be accepted. The order is binding on the customer. The contract becomes effective upon acceptance of the order by the provider by the latter performing the order or expressly confirming it to the customer.
4. Prices / VAT
The prices indicated are inclusive of the statutory VAT rate. We reserve the right to adjust prices.
5. Payment Methods
Payment may only be made by credit card. In the event of a negative credit check, the provider shall accept no payment by credit card or reject the order. The provider reserves the right in individual cases to make delivery conditional on prepayment or the lodging of a security.
6. Processing Fee
A processing fee of CHF 8.00 is charged on each order. The fee includes shipping costs.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made only in Switzerland and sent by ‘recorded delivery’. The Community of Interest of Sihlcity bears the shipping costs.
8. Delivery Time
The provider endeavours to process orders on time without, however, accepting any liability for this. The following delivery time generally applies: recorded delivery up to 3 working days. For urgent orders, we recommend collecting the items directly from the Info Point in Sihlcity. Customers are urged to contact the provider if an order is still outstanding after 5 working days.
9. Refusal of Acceptance
In the event of an unjustified refusal to accept the delivered goods, the costs incurred to the provider will be charged to the customer in addition to the purchasing price.
10. Take-back
We do not take back goods that have been correctly delivered.
11. Warranty / Complaints
In the event of an incorrect delivery, a copy of the online order must be included in the return. The customer bears the cost of the return. The provider offers no warranty for services purchased with vouchers. Warranty rights are to be asserted solely with the respective service provider.
12. Liability
Compensation claims due to incorrect illustrations, texts and prices, or delayed delivery, are excluded. The provider’s liability is in any case restricted to damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behaviour.
13. Retention of Title
Vouchers remain the property of the provider until payment has been made in full.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Agreements with customers are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The sole area of jurisdiction is the City of Zurich.
15. Final Provisions
The provider reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. The respective version of the Terms and Conditions available on the www.sihlcity.ch website applies without any amendment and/or supplement being specified. With each and every order of gift vouchers, the customer confirms acknowledgement and unreserved acceptance of the respectively applicable Terms and Conditions.
