Well-reared
Our traditional farm-reared meat originates from Schrofen-Hof farm in the canton of Thurgau. The animals there enjoy green meadows, large pastures and a majestic view of Lake Constance.
We source our seasonal produce fresh daily from the local Juckerfarm on Lake Pfäffikon, and we promise you'll taste the difference.
