Once upon a time the finishing house for the Sihlpapierfabrik (the German name for the old 'paper mill on the Sihl'), the location – happily – makes no secret of its history.

Spectacularly high rooms are enclosed by the industrial architecture of the former factory. You dine in the company of a unique piece of Zurich’s traditional past.
